Pursuant to North Dakota Constitution, Article XI, Section 6, and the North Dakota Open Records Statute, N.D.C.C. ยง 44-04-18(1), I hereby request the following records:

Any emails sent or received by any employee of the Morton County Sheriff's Department between the dates of September 11, 2016 and September 18, 2016 containing the phrase "#NoDAPL".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
