Dashcam footage capturing the shooting of Mark Johnson by Montpelier police officer Chad Bean. The shooting happened early in the morning of August 9, and is described in the following news article, which also mentions that the incident was captured via dashcam:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In August 2019, I submitted a request to your agency for dashcam footage of the shooting of Mark Johnson. My request was denied on the grounds that there was an ongoing investigation. I am re-opening my request many months later, in the hopes that the investigation is over. The original request is reproduced below.
