From: Matt Chapman

Hi -

Thank you for your response, though I would like to ask that you reconsider whether the records that I am requesting are new records or not. In the same way that the body of an email is a record, so are the records that I am requesting. As such, there is no need for the creation of any new records, as the records have already been created. If you are interested in the technical documentation that indicates this, I am more than happy to provide them to your office.

Thank you in advance,
Matt Chapman
