Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Cameron,
This email is in response to your follow up letter, received by the Department of Revenue on April 11, 2018, regarding your original Public Records Act Request.
In your original request you sought the production of documents and communications between the Trump Organization and its subsidiaries and the Department regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property. Additionally, you requested that the Department inform you of any fees related to the production of documents before producing said documents.
The Department responded via U.S. Mail on March 28, 2018, to your original request detailing what information the Department had regarding your request, as well as the fees associated with their production. Additionally, the Department's response detailed that certain confidential information could not be disclosed without a proper judicial order.
A copy of the Department's March 28, 2018, response to the original Public Records Act request is attached for your convenience. We await your response as to which county land rolls and county personal property rolls that you seek in this request. Once we receive the required fee we will mail the requested county land rolls and county personal property rolls.
