Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) All emails sent from NON university email addresses sent to: Rodney D. Bennett, Jeff Mitchell, Brad Smith or Jay Hopson from Feb 4-Feb 8 mentioning football, OR Art Briles

AND

2) All emails sent and received from Kylie Amato referencing, in either subject or body text, Paul Gonnella.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Under the Public Records Act and IHL regulations, USM is required to estimate the cost of compliance with a public records request and collect a prepayment prior to processing the request.

University personnel have estimated that the cost of compliance with your public records request is $96.15. Once we receive your certified check or money order made payable to the University of Southern Mississippi, we will begin processing your request. You can send your certified check or money order to the University of Southern Mississippi, 118 College Dr. #5079, Hattiesburg, MS 39406-0001.

These amounts are estimates. The actual cost may be more or less than the estimated cost. Upon completion of processing your request, USM will either bill you for any additional cost or refund any estimated cost in excess of actual cost.

Mr. Brown, I received your voice mail but am away from my desk until Wednesday. I apologize for the delay. The cd hasn't been returned to our office, but I do understand the mail is not always operating at 100%.
