Under the Public Records Act and IHL regulations, USM is required to estimate the cost of compliance with a public records request and collect a prepayment prior to processing the request.
University personnel have estimated that the cost of compliance with your public records request is $73.31. Once we receive your certified check or money order made payable to the University of Southern Mississippi, we will begin processing your request. You can send your certified check or money order to the University of Southern Mississippi, 118 College Dr. #5079, Hattiesburg, MS 39406-0001.
These amounts are estimates. The actual cost may be more or less than the estimated cost. Upon completion of processing your request, USM will either bill you for any additional cost or refund any estimated cost in excess of actual cost.
