Meeting notes, presentations, list of attendees, agenda, schedule of events, and other material related to the meeting on Friday, July 27th, 2018, at the Bemidji Sanford Center in Minnesota, between the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Minnesota State Patrol (MSP), Minnesota National Guard, and the Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As I previously indicated to you on February 12, 2019, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resource's (DNR) public data access policy provides that the DNR proceed with completing search and retrieval for requests from the same requester in the order received.
