Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Action reports, incident reports, arrest reports, use of force reports, and any other relevant documents regarding the arrest of protestors in St. Paul, Minnesota on June 17th, 2017 by the Minnesota State Patrol. The requested files are in reference to the blocking of Interstate Highway 94 by demonstrators on the aforementioned date - http://www.reuters.com/article/us-minnesota-police-protests-idUSKBN1980LD.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
