Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:

All invoices and financial reports related to services provided by/contracted for with JPay or Securus Technologies. Please include all available segregable data, including, but not limited to, the rate at which the funds were generated, the revenue generated for each service, the timeframe during which the funds were generated, the nature of the communication's payment (collect, prepaid, inmate account), etc. Please provide all relevant information for as long as this agency has been in a relationship with either JPay or Securus.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Thank you so much for all of this. I'm wondering whether there might be any numbers related to the placing of phone calls as well. If the phone system falls under another contract or arrangement, I would very appreciative of any explanation you might have.

Our vendor for offender phone calls is GTL, not JPay or Securus. You would need to submit another data practices request for that information. Please be specific about the data sought and include a time frame.
