Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents for the Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports grant program which closed on November 13, 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

At this point in time, the attached list of applicants and the amount requested is what is considered public data, as the competitive grant process is still in progress.
