Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This response is regarding your request for emails sent or received by any employee between May 23,2002 and June 8, 2020 to include the phrase "Police Executive Research Forum". Each employee has checked their email account and no emails were located fitting the above criteria. It should be noted that two employees were unavailable to respond. We have one employee out on family medical leave and another is out due to deployment with the Minnesota National Guard.
