I am seeking emails you have, between December 15th (2017) and January 30th (2018), that mention the "Superbowl Anti-Racist Anti-Corporate Rally".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

You were sent a Data Practice reference number #9451 from my coworker when this request on 1/29/18 was originally received in our office.
Sending in a second request without referencing the original request number you were given has caused a duplication of work and research which may delay receipt of requested materials.
Please reference the Data Practice number your requests are assigned to when you are making status inquiries or anything else about your requests to prevent such duplications that cause our department to waste time and resources. The Data Practice reference number 9514 will now be closed.
