To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on May 27, 2014. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

Thank you for your help.

From: APD Rep Req

Dear Mr. Trotter,

I'm sorry for not responding more quickly, but I was a little uncertain as to the data you were requesting as the Freedom of Information Act and the MN Data Practices Act cover similar, but different types of data. Just for clarification, are you asking for the report under the Freedom of Information Act, or the MN Data Practices Statutes?

In re-reading your email, what I surmised is that you are asking for a copy of the incident data, which falls under the MN Data Practices Statues, Chapter 13. If that is the case, the report is public data and I have attached that to this email. The video data that is mentioned in the report is available to you at a cost of $22.48 for time and materials. If you wish to purchase a copy, the cost of the CD can be paid by cash (in person pick-up only), check, money order or credit card. Check and Money order payments should be made out to The Metropolitan Airports Commission and can be mailed to the address below. If you choose to pay by credit card, please call 612-467-0857 and ask for Cyndee Findlay. Once we receive payment, your options for delivery are USPS mail or in person pick-up.

If I can be of further assistance to you, please let me know.

Dear Mr. Trotter,

In my last email to you, I did not provide you with the Information Disclosure Request form that we must have on file before the electronic audio/video data request can be processed.

Please fill out the attached form as best you can and email it back to me. Once we have the form, I will submit it for processing and contact you with deliver options when the 2 discs are ready for release. As there are 2 discs involved, the total is $44.96, just double the amount I told you in my first email.

If I can be of further assistance, please contact me.

Sincerely yours,
