To Whom It May Concern:

On May 22, 2022, Gov. Walz signed the Student Data Privacy Act (H.F. No. 2353). The Act went into effect beginning with the 2022-2023 school year.

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

- A copy of all agency policies, procedures, manuals, and other internal documents which outline compliance with Student Data Privacy Act (H.F. No. 2353).
- Any recent audit or compliance reports that assess the adherence to H.F. No. 2353.
- Records or reports of any violations of H.F. No. 2353.
- Documentation of any disciplinary actions taken for non-compliance with H.F. No. 2353.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
