Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any signed and or executed contracts between the University of Memphis and Penny Hardaway. This request would include their original contracts and any and all extensions or amendments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

In order to fulfill your request, you will need to provide proof of Tennessee residency. Please provide our office a copy of your valid photo identification via this email by 12 p.m. tomorrow, December 23, 2020.
The University will be closed from Decembe 24th-January 1st. If your photo identification is not received by 12 p.m. tommorow, then our request will not be prcoessed until January 4th.

Your request was closed due to non-submission of your valid Tennessee photo identification on Friday, February 5th , however as an one-time exception your request will be fulfilled.
Please note: A valid Tennessee photo identification has to be included with the request each time a new request is submitted. Without proof of Tennessee residency the request cannot be fulfilled.
