Mr. Steinbaugh,

I apologize for the confusion here. The original email and your subsequent following emails were sent to another employee's mailbox. She was under the impression we were all receiving them until today when she questioned me about the status of it.

Please be advised that Kentucky open records statutes have a residency requirement. It is explained further (business entity with a location in Kentucky, registered with Kentucky Secretary of State, authorized to act on behalf of a resident, etc.) in the attachment to this email. You do not have to complete the form, but this must be stated in the request. Once we have that we will put your request at the absolute front of the line and expedite it for you.

Respectfully,

Jana King
Records Custodian.
