Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

All current policies maintained by the department regarding vehicle pursuits (also known as: car chase, vehicular response policy, vehicular pursuit procedure, fleet crashes).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please see our below policy on 91-A fulfillment and advise if you would like copies, and if so how you would like the documents prepared. Once you advise I will have them waiting for you at our records window. We are able to accept cash or check as payment for the documents. If you prefer to view the documents here at our headquarters free of charge just let me know and I will arrange that for you. Also, The records window will be closed this afternoon by 1 PM.

The Manchester Police Department will only be fulfilling 91-A requests in the manner outlined in RSA 91-A:4, IV and RSA 91-A:4, V. All requests will be fulfilled in person during normal business hours (0730-1500 hrs. Monday - Friday) at the Manchester New Hampshire Police Department Headquarters located at,

The department will provide viewing access to these documents, free of charge, by appointment. If you would like physical copies of the documents they will be provided to you at the below cost,

1. $1.00 for the first page
2. .50 cents per page after the first page
3. $5.00 per CD
