From: Office of the Governor

Mr. Barrouquere,

In response to your public records request, dated January 8, 2019, the Office of the Governor has conducted a search for records and has no records that are responsive to your request. However, our records date back to the first day of this administration, or January 11, 2016 and we are not the proper custodian of records for records dating back beyond that date. The Secretary of State maintains records for previous administrations to the extent that such records are transferred by the prior administration to the Secretary of State. Because your request sought records dating back to January 14, 2010, you may choose to submit a public records request to that office for their determination of whether any documents you seek exist.
