The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

We received a Public Records request from you on August 23, 2016 by e-mail. Your request asks for:
1. All international [SIC – internal] Department of Regional Planning communications concerning the development and release of Project Number: R2015-02225, also known as Baldwin Hills Community Standards District Periodic Review.
2. All Department of Regional Planning communications between DRP staff (every staff member) and Marine Research Specialists concerning the development and release of Project Number: R2015-02225, also known as Baldwin Hills Community Standards District Periodic Review.
Due to the voluminous amount of documents you requested we sent you an extension letter request on 9-1-16 and subsequently followed up with a response to your records request on 9-15-16. Both letters are attached for your convenience.
At this time it is impossible to tell how much the copies will cost as the documents are still being sorted through. Please keep in mind there may be shipping costs as well.
