Under the Ohio Open Records Law, §149.43 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that detail the data/records on all sex offenders for life sentences within the timeframe of years 2011 through 2023. If that request of years is to complicated please reduce it a reasonable timeframe to the current date.

I request a copy of any records/data held on all the identifiable sex offenders for years 2012 through 2023 on record for life sentences to report at the Ohio Electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification Database and/or at the Ohio Attorney General and/or the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. If the request for the records/data has an extensive timeframe you may narrow the search of the records/data of the sex offenders with life sentences to the years feasible to complete the request of FOIA and/or Privacy Act of 1974.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Ohio Supervisor of Public Record laws. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.
