Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), Ark. Code Ann. § § 25-19-101 to 25-19-109, I hereby request the following records:

Patsy Clark disappeared without a trace 30 years ago.

I just listened to an interesting podcast about the case: http://www.thevanishedpodcast.com/episodes/2017/3/10/episode-68-patsy-clark In the podcast, Patsy's son indicates that while the case is technically "active", it has long been forgotten. I believe that the release of this case file is in the public interest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
