Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Copies of the personnel file for Christopher Michael Beard, birthdate 02/18/1973, who worked for UALR from 2015 to 2016
2) Copies of any complaints submitted about or involving Beard.
3) Copies of any investigations that were done about or involving Beard.
4) Copies of the student-athlete exit surveys done for the men's basketball team during the seasons with Beard, which should cover the 2015-2016 season.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

This letter is in reference to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request from March 9 for records relating to Christopher Michael Beard.
The responsive internal records are being withheld, under FOIA Exemption
25-19-105(a)(1)(A), because there is no record with the Arkansas Secretary
of State listing of businesses and corporations operating in Arkansas under
a registered agent listing for Tom Lay. Please provide proof of either
doing business in Arkansas or citizenship in the state to obtain the
records.
