I previously sent out an email requesting the search requirements again however I apologize I missed the request further in the email.

In accordance with the Public Records Act, RCW 42.56.520, this message acknowledges receipt of your public records request, received by Lincoln County on August 1, 2023. This request has been assigned reference No. 2023-0801-149. Please include this code in any communications concerning this request.

Specifically, you requested:
All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.

Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection and/or copying. We reasonably anticipate requiring approximately until on or about 08/08/2023 to provide records. We will follow up with you on or about that date regarding the status of your request. If public records become available in advance of this estimate, we will endeavor to produce them as they become available. Conversely, if staff encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will advise accordingly.

Finally, please be advised that there may be fees associated with the copying of public records. If your request requires payment, you will receive an invoice in your email before the records are released.

We are currently pulling the lists requested below. There will be some costs associated with this request. We will load all the documents on a USB flash drive and mail them to you. We have attached the invoice for postage and the drive. Please make checks payable to Lincoln County. Once we receive payment we will release records to the below address. If you need to make changes to any of this please let us know.

We realize that life changes and that you may no longer need this information or you were able to find it elsewhere.
