Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
• All agreements between this agency and any federal agency for operations and activities related to Operation Desert Snow.
• All arrest reports for apprehensions conducted as part of Operation Desert Snow. [For reference: http://www.usmarshals.gov/news/chron/2015/060815a.htm]
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Sheriff Robert Shepperd asked me to respond to your records request.
We did not have an agreement for activities related to Operation Snow. We were acting as an agency assist.
The US Marshalls processed all of the warrants themselves except for the one that I have attached.
