Please be advised we have received multiple FOIA requests from your company asking for:

1) a copy of the most recent Collective Bargaining Agreement between our PD and the local union/fraternal order/benevolent association or similar organization;

2) A copy of the Police Department's "Use of Force Policy."

Although it is my understanding we have already answered this request some time ago, I am nevertheless once again forwarding the following information:

1) There is no Collective Bargaining Agreement in existence to send in response to your request.

2) Attached you will find the requested policy on the Use of Force, which the PD entitles "Response to Resistance Policy."

I trust this satisfies your request once again, and respectfully ask in good faith that you refrain from sending the same request over and over, thus clogging up our fax machine and wasting paper. The last fax we received consisted of 18 pages for a simple request. Again, I believe this answers your request.

Thank You!
