Hello,

Thank you for your public records request, seeking the following for a time frame of "August 29th and the time this request is processed":
"Any emails, planning documents, communications, presentations, warrants, or discussions mentioning "Antifa" or Michael Forest Reinoehl (or any variation of that name)."

Please note that pursuant to WAC 44-14-04002(2) public records requests cannot be made for ongoing requests, and therefore we have established a time frame ending on September 21, 2020, as this was the date your request was received.

Please be advised that the incident involving Michael Forest Reinoehl, occurred in unincorporated Thurston county. There are no Lacey Police Officers or staff involved with the subsequent investigation. Therefore you may wish to contact Lt. Ray Brady directly, as he is the Thurston County Sheriff's Office lead investigator for this case.

Also, our records indicate the this request (R000793) is seeking identical records as your currently open request (J004605), which is being processed by Lacey Police Department. Please note that the Police Department request (J004605) will encompass searches for agency-wide records. Please refer to J004605 for any responsive records from August 29, 2020, up to the date received of September 8, 2020.

Since this request (R000793) was received at a later date, we will also conduct additional searches with the updated time frame of August 29, 2020 - September 21, 2020 and respond under this request accordingly.

We require time to locate, assemble, and scan any identified records. We will also be checking these materials to determine whether any of the information requested is statutorily exempt from disclosure and therefore unavailable for public inspection under Washington Law.

Accordingly, we expect to update you on the status of our search, or have any responsive records available to you by October 8, 2020.

Please let us know if you have any questions, or if we have misinterpreted your request in any way by contacting us via the .. Public Records Center
