Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Selection criteria by which Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) Team will select volunteers for the "Passenger-Flow Simulation of International Arrivals Facility" event scheduled for Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Proclamation 20-28 regarding the Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records Act (PRA), issued by Governor Inslee has been extended until the termination of the state of emergency pursuant to RCW 43.06.210. The Port cannot provide access to review physical records in person until after these Proclamation restrictions have been lifted.  However, we will continue providing available electronic records consistent with the PRA. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

I apologize for confusion related to the four requests I placed on April 7, 2022. I intended for those to be requests for two different sets of records, and I intended to target two different agencies: 1) Port of Seattle, 2) Port of Seattle Commission, thus resulting in four separate requests.
