We are in receipt of your public records requests (below) which you emailed to the public disclosure email inbox on March 6.

In order better streamline our responses to you and respond more efficiently to your requests, we consolidated all them into one request. This request number is 20-116.

We are currently reviewing your requested records, and pursuant to RCW 42.56, please expect an update on or before April 17, 2020.

Biometric Air Exit Business Requirements Document, v2.0 In addendum number one to Port of Seattle RFP 19-86, "SEA Airport Biometric Air Exit System," item two directs proposers to address the following question in their initial proposal submittal: "CBP APPROVAL: Has the solution you are proposing in this RFP been approved by the CBP per item #3 of the Biometric Air Exit Business Requirements Document, v2.0?"

Any privacy policy applicable to images captured by port-owned "biometric exit" cameras and/or applicable to data derived from such images (i.e., the computed mapping of "constellations" of facial features that are used by automated face recognition systems).

All contracts between Port of Seattle and one or more other parties (including but not limited to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or "CBP") related to ownership, operation of, or access to, Automated Passport Control kiosks.

Any of the following, provided to the Port of Seattle by U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") and applicable to facial images collected by biometric entry and/or exit systems (including, but not limited to, Automated Passport Control kiosks): U.S. Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") approvals, OMB approval numbers, and Paperwork Reduction Act ("PRA") notices. I also request any communications between the Port of Seattle and CBP pertaining to such OMB approvals, OMB control numbers, or PRA notices.

Any Privacy Act System Of Records Notices ("SORNs"), Privacy Act regulations, or Privacy Act exemption regulations, provided to Port of Seattle by U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") and applicable to a) facial images collected by biometric entry and/or exit systems (including but not limited to, Automated Passport Control kiosks) and/or b) data derived from those images, such as mappings of the "constellation" of facial features used by automated face recognition systems.

Any privacy policies provided to the Port of Seattle by any airline and applicable to facial images collected by facial recognition systems and/or to data derived from those images, such as mappings of the "constellation" of facial features used by automated face recognition systems.

Biometric Air Exit Business Requirements Document, v2.0 In addendum number one to

As per applicable staff there is no solution yet for version 2.0. The Port of Seattle is still in the RFP process for version 2.0.
