Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
-A copy of any and all recordings of the town hall meeting to discuss Medicaid issues held on September 7, 2023 between CHFS officials and outside stakeholders, including kynectors, Kentucky Voices for Health, and the Kentucky Equal Justice Center.
-A copy of the written questions CHFS received from the aforementioned town hall meeting and the cabinet’s responses.
-A copy of the change order referenced in part 1.3 of the attached letter dated September 19, 2023 from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services to the Kentucky Equal Justice Center, which states: “While the Cabinet acknowledges that there is currently a system barrier for an SSI ineligible individual to submit an application through the Self Service Portal (SSP) in kynect prior to termination, the individual may submit an application to DCBS through various other ways identified in the notice. A change order has been submitted to remove the system SSP barrier…”
-Copies of all emails, attachments, text messages and other communications sent between CHFS personnel and employees of Deloitte Consulting whose email domains include “@deloitte.com” between January 1, 2023 and the date of your final response.
