To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin, from January 1, 2014 to Present day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "EB-5", "EB5", "Regional Center", "USCIS" or "Fraud";
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.
Thank you very much. I look forward to receiving the documents. Happy Wednesday.
Good morning, Taylor.
It is unclear the purpose of this email as to the involvement of the Office of the Attorney General. Do you wish to file an Open Records Appeal with the Office of the Attorney General? Your original request, asking for emails from the Governor, was addressed to the Office of the Governor but sent and received to the Attorney General's email on May 9, 2018 at 2:05 AM.
If you wish to submit an Open Records Appeal, you must state the purpose of your appeal and address it to the Attorney General's Open Records Division. Please clarify your request and we will be happy to assist.
