Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I seek any available records and documentation regarding the investigation into the death of Nann Williamson's two donkeys over Feb 23-24, 2019 weekend at Williamson's home off Fegenbush Lane, including written reports and agent bodycam footage.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Lonov:

A search of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources databases, revealed no records responsive to your requests dated May 28, 2000 and June 1, 2000, specifically requesting, “any available records and documentation regarding the investigation into the death of Nann Williamson's two donkeys over Feb 23-24, 2019 weekend at Williamson's home off Fegenbush Lane, including written reports and agent bodycam footage.”

Your request referenced the three (3) business day response time pursuant to statute. For your information, response times during the COVID-19 state of emergency have been extended from three (3) to ten (10) days pursuant to 20RS SB150, Section 1(8)(a).
