Dear Mr. Lonov:
A search of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources databases, revealed no records responsive to your requests dated May 28, 2000 and June 1, 2000, specifically requesting, “any available records and documentation regarding the investigation into the death of Nann Williamson's two donkeys over Feb 23-24, 2019 weekend at Williamson's home off Fegenbush Lane, including written reports and agent bodycam footage.”
Your request referenced the three (3) business day response time pursuant to statute. For your information, response times during the COVID-19 state of emergency have been extended from three (3) to ten (10) days pursuant to 20RS SB150, Section 1(8)(a).
If you disagree with any portion of this response, please feel free to contact me at (502) 892-4578 with any questions. You may appeal this open records response to the Attorney General pursuant to KRS 61.880 or the Circuit Court pursuant to KRS 61.882.
