On 10/30/2023, you submitted a public records request to the City of Kent wherein you sought Other Public Records for: Most recent FAA Certificates of Waiver or Authorization (CoAs) for all drones/UAV/UAS currently operated by your department. The City requires clarification of your request before it can proceed.  However, I was unable to contact you by telephone to obtain clarification.  Therefore, by this letter, the City requests you provide clarification of the following issues: Which department are you seeking records for (ie Parks, Police Department, Multimedia)? The City will wait for your clarification before it begins gathering any records that may be responsive to your request.  If you fail to clarify your request within 30 calendar days from the date of this letter, the City will close your request. As of 11/01/2023 the City has made available the records responsive to your request.
