These emails may be found under the following email addresses: maddienme2312, moosebite83, maddienme7104, wait4me7104 - or any emails sent under the name Debra Poulsen from any email address.

Copies of any and all correspondence sent to Debra Poulsen from the police/sheriff department during 2003 until 2014.

Copies of any and all files pertaining to Debra L. Poulsen. Date of Birth 05/25/1960. Driver's License P425-1726-0685-05.

During 2003 until 2014, Debra Poulsen was located at 2312 Washington Road, Kenosha.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I am in receipt of your public records request, dated May 7, 2020. Your request is attached, for reference. Also attached are responsive records related to the request.

Please note, these may not be all of the records regarding your request. Your request includes a request for copies of emails sent to the Kenosha Police/Sheriff during 2003 to 2014 with several possible email addresses. Speaking only on behalf of the City of Kenosha Police Department, fulfilling the email search would require a monetary cost to be incurred by you, prior to fulfilling the request.

Without knowing what exists, it is difficult to predict the total billable amount, to you, to fulfill the request. To give an idea, the electronic management service would bill at approximately $85.00 per hour to do the search. There could be additional fees associated, depending on what the results of the search are.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed regarding the request for emails.
