FOIA Request: FOIA logs for years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020

Dear Mr. Breen,

This is a written statement to acknowledge receipt and to update you on the status of your request for access to governmental records of the City of Keene relating to FOIA request logs dated 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. The City of Keene has determined that there are existing governmental records responsive to your request including:

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2015 to 6/30/2016

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2016 to 6/30/2017

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2017 to 6/30/2018

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2018 to 6/30/2019

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2019 to 6/30/2020

* City Clerk Department Right to know Request log dated from 7/1/2020 to 10/1/2020

The responsive records are available for inspection at no charge in the office of the City Clerk. Please contact me to schedule a mutually convenient date and time for review. The Office of the City Clerk staff has determined that it is reasonable to provide copies on a CD ROM and mail to you. There are a total of (16) sixteen pages of records responsive to your request. The established fee for providing copies is fifty ($.50) cents for the first page and twenty-five ($.25) cents for each additional page for a total of $4.25. There is also an additional $1.00 fee established for providing copies on a CD-ROM. The estimated cost for mailing copies to you is $1.60 for a total cost of $6.85 to provide electronic copies and postage for mailing.

Please remit the total payment of $6.85, made payable to the City of Keene NH, and send total payment to my attention in the Office of the City Clerk. Upon receipt and verification of total payment, I will mail the electronic copies to you at the address provided in your original request.
