Dear Ms. Lipton:

On December 27, 2016, we received your email dated December 26, 2016. In your email, you stated the following:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on Dec. 6, 2016. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

On December 6, 2016, we received your email of the same date requesting records in the possession of this office. On December 9, 2016, we submitted our response via email to the preferred email address established by MuckRock for this request for records.

As of the writing of this email, the MuckRock website incorrectly lists the status of your request for records as "Awaiting Response." We note that the MuckRock website shows that MuckRock received our response on December 9, 2016, and our response is posted on the website. Therefore, your email dated December 26, 2016, clearly is incorrect.

Sincerely,
