From Alayna Walsworth, Staff Accountant for the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office:

I have tried to respond to you on your request from my email but for some reason it will not send.

We have contacted our insurance company to provide your requested information. You have specified in your request policies regarding vehicle pursuits. We have insurance policies that cover vehicles and liabilities. I am not sure that the policy will have specific verbiage that address your request.

I will forward you the information I receive as soon as I hear from our insurance provider.

From: Jackson Parish Sheriff's Office

In re-reading your request, I realized that your request may have been for our office policy and procedures. I made the assumption that it was for an insurance policy. I have attached our office policy on vehicular pursuits.
