Hi there,

Thanks so much for your letter. I look forward to receiving the contract and appreciate your help thus far. I'm wondering if the wording of element 1 of my request was a bit unclear. I'm interested in any policies dictating when and how family and friends might visit the incarcerated; are there any existing rules?

Thanks so much for your time.

Best wishes,
Beryl
