To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Terris Greene my regulatory agent with SLED stated I need to request all police reports that were turned over to SLED for discipanary records. I was informed there are approximately 4 to include my arrest. Included in my request is the final report submitted by SLED and filed with the police department where these complaints originated. I need all records for my relicensing PI business license in an alternate state. I am moving out of South Carolina in several months and will need to include all records pertaining to events reported annoymously and by Casey O'hearn.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
