Please be advised that the FOIA guidelines you stated below “within 15 business days, as the statute requires” is not accurate. The SC FOIA statute requires an agency to respond within 10 business days with an acknowledgement of the request, then the agency must provide the records within 30 calendar days of the acknowledgment receipt date.
A record search was completed for Jeffrey Swinney and four reports were located and are attached to this email.
