Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any course materials (including but not limited to course guides, syllabi, handouts, Powerpoints, slide shows, presentations, audio recordings, video recordings, and homework assignments) used for the class Narcoterrorism and the Islamic Terrorist Threat, which was taught by the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center as early as February 2009 and as late as October 2016.

Any survey responses, feedback, and complaints or commendations collected by MCTC from participants in the Narcoterrorism and the Islamic Terrorist Threat course from August 2014 to October 2016.

I request that I be properly classified as a media requester. I am an investigative journalist who has written numerous articles on topics of public interest for Responsible Statecraft, the National Interest, Reason Magazine, America Magazine and the Armenian Weekly.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
