Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
According to the administrator of Colonial Manor of Amana, IA., the facility has been the subject of "3 infection control surveys conducted by state and CMS surveyors since March 2020" related to COVID-19.

I am requesting those inspection records be released. I was told by the Iowa Department of Public Health that you hold them.
