Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All policies, practices, procedures, rules, or orders concerning the use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon,
For all FOIA request and copies of Police Report request there is a $10 fee for the first page and $2 fee for additional pages. Our USE OF FORCE POLICY consist of 6 pages bringing the total fee for your request to $20. A check in that amount can be mailed to and made out to the Horn Lake Police Department, 3101 Goodman Rd W, Horn Lake, MS 38637 or we also accept exact cash. Since our receptionist will be the one who receives the payment please include a remark, or separate note indicating this payment is for our USE OF FORCE POLICY per Lt. Grayson. I have already spoken to her about it and she will then send me an email that the payment has been received. Once payment is received I can either mail the documents or send them electronically. Thank you.
