Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act ("APRA"), I hereby request the following records:
Written procedures for access to the agency’s public records, including any records request forms required or suggested by the agency
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I am responding to your open records request dated April 15, 2014 which
indicates MuckRock News submitted a public records request on 03/31/2014. I
do not have a record of receiving a public records request on this date.
Requests for open records are to come to the Town Clerk in writing. I can be
reached by mail: Hopkinton Town Clerk's Office, 1 Town House Road,
Hopkinton, RI 02833 and Email: townclerk@hopkintonri.org. Charges are
determined based on the amount of information requested and the time
involved in assembling it in excess of 2 hours. Hard copies of the
information will be provided at a cost of $0.15 per page. You will be
advised of the total charge in advance. Checks are to be made payable to the
Town of Hopkinton.
