All policies, practices, procedures, rules, or orders concerning the use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

To request Harrison County records you must submit your request on the official Public Records Request form which you can find on Harrison County’s website. Please go to www.harrisoncountyms.gov<http://www.harrisoncountyms.gov> where you will find a link to the public records request form and policy. Fill in the form, sign it, and return it as directed on the form. We will then forward your request to the appropriate department for response.
Please review the County policy on requesting records and note that it is not acceptable to simply state on the form “see attached letter.”
