Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent from the public email account of Brenna Bird, County Attorney for Guthrie County, Iowa, from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for the clarification and the specificity. Your efforts to work through the request are appreciated.
Let me try to clarify my initial request. I am asking for all emails SENT BY Brenna Bird. All emails she received can be excluded. Can it be that she personally sent 71,000 emails? That seems so high it might be counting a broader set of records than what I'm seeking.
