6) Media communications, inc. press releases
7) Autopsy reports/coroner's verdict
8) Police notes in case file inc. scene notes
9) Lead sheets
10) Forensic reports/lab reports
11) Lab receipts/lab submissions
12) Crime scene attendance log
13) Any communications, whether internally among Gallatin PD personnel or externally, (including email attachments, if applicable) in which Grant Solomon is named or referenced
14) Accident reconstruction reports
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request if the fees exceed $100. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or in PDF format on a USB drive if not.
