All Frederick Sheriff Dept. records or documents and/or Photos Pertaining to Bruff Jackson Proctor (born 1957 deceased August 2, 2020) Either residing in Frederick at 7501 Ridge Rd. or possibly New Market.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
