Incident report for Derek Cohn driving vehicle into Ferguson demonstrators 2014-09-20 (Ferguson PD)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Incident report for the driver of a black SUV, license WB0TUA, apparently Derek Cohn of Clayton, Missouri, ramming the vehicle into multiple people who were apparently protesting the homicide of Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson of Ferguson Police Department. This occurred at approximately 2:00 p.m. Central on Saturday, September 20, 2014. One victim of this incident was Mustafa Hussein of KARG, Argus Radio and Argus Streaming News, who [broadcast the assault][1] live.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
