1) all records pertaining to a fire at 56 Marion Villa in Belle Vernon Pa. on or about 12/14/2001

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Ms. Dinardo—

Thank you for your response. I'm afraid, however, I need some clarification. In your letter, you state that "no information is available" but you do not provide a reason. Is it because the agency possesses no responsive records, or because the agency is withholding responsive records?

As the statutory deadline for a response has passed and the deadline for an appeal to the Office of Open Records has begun to toll, I must ask for a prompt response or I will have no choice but to file an appeal. Also, please look for a separate request for additional documents.
