Evaluation scores/notes related to all proposers, submitted responses of all proposers, and debrief documents related to all proposers related to the Automated Traffic Safety Program RFP#2022-002 that was awarded on 12/23/2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The City of Everett received a public records request from you on June 07, 2023. You requested the following:
Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection and/or copying. The undersigned will be coordinating with other City departments in the collection, review and production of responsive records. You originally submitted this request to the Everett Police Department, which is not the correct department that manages these records. It has been transferred to the City Clerk's Department to be processed. We reasonably believe that public records (if any) responsive to this request will be available on or before 6/27/2023. If public records become available in advance of this estimate we will contact you promptly. Conversely, if the City of Everett encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will contact you promptly with a revised estimated date.
